These bonus terms establish the rules governing all promotional bonuses and incentives offered by 1Win on our platform 1win online. All players must adhere to these terms when claiming and using any bonus. These terms work in conjunction with our standard Terms & Conditions, which take precedence in case of conflict.

These bonus terms apply to all promotional bonuses offered by 1Win N.V., including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, no-deposit bonuses, and reload promotions. The terms set out the general framework for all bonuses; specific promotion pages may contain additional terms that complement these general rules. You must comply with both sets of terms when claiming any bonus.

To claim any bonus at 1Win, you must meet the following requirements:

Deposit match bonuses give you bonus funds equal to a percentage of your deposit, up to a specified maximum. Free spins bonuses credit you with spins on designated slot games without requiring your own funds. Cashback bonuses return a percentage of your losses over a period. No-deposit bonuses are occasional promotions that credit bonus funds without requiring an initial deposit. Reload bonuses reward existing players when they deposit on specific promotional dates. Each bonus type carries its own terms as specified on the relevant promotion page or in your account section.

Most bonuses at 1Win are subject to wagering (playthrough) requirements. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before any bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 30x to 40x the bonus amount or deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion. The calculation base is your bonus amount plus any deposit amount, unless otherwise specified on the promotion page. You must complete the wagering requirement within the bonus validity period, or your bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

While a bonus is active on your account, your maximum bet per spin or hand is restricted to protect both you and the operator. The maximum bet is typically set at approximately 10% of your active bonus amount, or a fixed amount as specified on the promotion page, whichever is lower. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active will be void, and any winnings from such bets will not be credited. Once you have completed your wagering requirement, the bonus is released and maximum bet restrictions no longer apply to your standard play.

Not all games contribute equally toward your wagering requirement. Different game types have different contribution rates to reflect the variance and house edge of each game category. Slot games typically contribute 100% of your bet toward wagering. Table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat typically contribute 10–20% of your bet. Live dealer games contribute between 10–20%, depending on the specific game. Some game types or specific titles may be excluded entirely from bonus play or may have zero contribution. Each bonus has a validity period during which you must claim and use the bonus. Once claimed, you must complete your wagering requirement within the specified timeframe, which varies by promotion (typically 24 to 48 hours for most bonuses, though some offers allow longer periods). If you do not claim your bonus within the claim window, it will expire and cannot be recovered. If you do not complete your wagering requirement within the validity period, your bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited. Some bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal limit or maximum win cap. This means that even if you have completed your wagering requirement, your total withdrawal from winnings generated by that bonus may not exceed the maximum amount specified on the promotion page. For example, a bonus may state 'maximum withdrawal: PKR 50,000' or 'maximum win: 50x the bonus amount.' Any winnings exceeding the cap will be forfeited once you request a withdrawal. Always review the specific promotion page to understand any maximum win or withdrawal limits that apply to your chosen bonus.

To maintain fairness and prevent bonus abuse, 1Win prohibits certain practices when using bonuses:

If 1Win suspects that you have engaged in bonus abuse, manipulated bonus mechanics, or violated these terms, the operator reserves the right to void your bonus, forfeit any associated winnings, and suspend or close your account. Funds obtained through bonus abuse may be recovered and returned to the operator. You will be notified of any investigation; however, detailed investigation procedures remain confidential to protect the integrity of our systems.

1Win N.V. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional bonus at any time, with or without prior notice. If a bonus is cancelled before you claim it, you retain no rights to that bonus. If you have already claimed a bonus but have not completed the wagering requirement, and the bonus is cancelled, your remaining wagering obligation will be waived. The operator may also impose eligibility restrictions on specific bonuses to prevent abuse or to comply with regulatory requirements. Any changes will be communicated through your account or via email where possible.

In the event of any conflict between these bonus terms and 1Win's standard Terms & Conditions, the standard Terms & Conditions will prevail. These bonus terms are subordinate to and form part of our overall legal framework. Any dispute regarding bonus eligibility, calculation, or forfeiture will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out in our main Terms & Conditions.
